Terrible service. 3 appointments and doctor Shawon was late on 2 occasions for more than an hour. Real hard to get a hold of her if you want to reschedule. No type of consideration for patients that are paying customers trying to go out of their comfort zone to better themselves. The hours displaying her availability aren’t true shes in the office whenever she wants. And won’t return calls. Overall super disappointed.

Life-changing! My hair was thinning & falling out. Not sure if was my vegan diet and/or stress. It affected me emotionally! I made an appointment with Dr. Shawon at her Trichology Clinic (I already see Dae at Dr. Shawon’s lovely salon Infinitee Hair Salon/Spa) and she listened to my concerns and put me at ease with a treatment plan. I left with shampoo, conditioners, vitamins and with positivity! I returned a second time and she had made an entire binder with my hair analysis, which included photos of my hair follicles and a list with explanations of which nutrients I was deficient in! My hair thinning patches regrew within 2 weeks and my whole head showed visible growth within 4 weeks! Thank you Dr. Shawon!

I was really nervous about going to see someone for thinning hair and hair loss. Dr. Gullette was personable, and explained thoroughly what I was experiencing after she did the initial examination and interviewed me. There are a number of products including supplements and applications to the scalp but I am seeing improvement. She explained the treatment regimen and was thorough in answering my questions and concerns I had. There are a number of different options based on your specific diagnosis and she designed my plan to address my issues. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing hair thinning or hair loss.

I wanted a natural approach, which Dr. Shawon Gullette uses in treating hair loss. She is very knowledgeable and polite. She also is very thorough with scalp examination to find the best treatment approach. She is giving me confidence that my progress is heading in the right direction from my treatments. On October 5th, 2015, Dr. Gullette took a test of my scalp and hair through a microscope. She did not find any type of damage to my scalp and hair. I was so grateful how she was thorough with the procedure. I felt right at home with the staff. I have also bought a couple of products that I liked, and it has really helped my hair growth. I have made another appointment with this doctor. I recommend others to come to this center.

While speaking with a co-worker about my thinning hair, she referred me to Dr. Brown-Gullette. I was scared at first so it took me a few months to make the call. I have been dealing with the thinning hair for approximately 10 years and it is getting worse. This is why I finally decided to make the call. Once I entered the office I noticed it had a comfortable feel about it. There was information around the room up about Hair Loss. There was also an impressive display of the items that you can purchase. I have to admit I was truly afraid of my results but the doctor explained everything as well as explain my visual results which really made me feel comfortable and relieved me by letting me know my issues are reversible and she can help me. Dr Gullette explained my future treatment plans in detail as well as the costs. I can’t wait to begin my treatment. Thank Dr. Gullette for making me comfortable. I sought out Dr. Brown-Gullette, as I have always had very thick hair, and I felt that my hair was getting continually thinner and was losing so much with each shampoo and it shed very bad with each combing. I kind of chalked it up to my age and it being normal hair loss. But as my hair continued to get thinner and thinner it really bothered me. I went to see Dr. Brown-Gullette in December 2016 and started treatment in March. In this short time, I can see a significant difference in the health of my hair. It doesn’t feel so dry and I am losing very little hair now. At one time I could run my hand through my hair and get lots of strands of hair, but now I don’t get hardly any. With the continual shedding of my hair gone, and new hair growing, I’m hoping to regain some of the thickness of my hair. I love the products that I’m using and don’t find them anymore expensive than the shampoo and conditioners I previously used. A plus to the vitamins…I have very long and healthy nails! 🙂
