Stay away!!! I have been doubled billed for appointments, continually late on my medications due to lack diligence on their end. When I call to clear up any of these issues I am always told, ” we will get back to you” and never hear a thing until I call back. To call this professional care is laughable!!!

I take my grandmother to all of her appointments here… she said she loves the doctor so she prefers to go here. Why is it that everytime i bring her, waiting room is full to max and her appointments take 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours? I know the work they are doing and i myself have been through the same procedures at the loop location and it has NEVER taken more than an hour. At this point the staff at this location seems like they can’t schedule patients properly and in a timily manner for the doctor to actually keep up.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Schlauder for over a year. We both like him and find him very personable. I had a problem with his staff about a month age and posted a negative review here. A few days later Dr. Schlauder, himself called me and asked about my experience. He assured me the problem would be addressed and corrected. Yesterday I had an appointment and everything was fine. He explained what was done to insure those types of issues would not happen in the future. It is refreshing to know that Dr. Schauder cares enough about his patients to make thing right rather than just ignoring the situation.

Believe everything you read in the reviews. The entire staff gives exceptional service and Dr. Schlauder knows his stuff. It took one and a half seconds to diagnose my husband’s problem and less than a day to see positive changes with the medication he prescribed. He speaks to patients in a manner that is friendly and easy to understand. I would recommend him to everybody.

Dr. Schlauder is a fantastic doctor and even better person. The man has a heart of gold and consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. Whether you have an appointment or you’re a walk in, you can be sure that you’re receiving quality care from a quality man. Not to mention, he has the best sense of humor! Always makes me laugh.

First time there and my last. Office personal are the best but for the Doctor he needs some training in how to treat a patient. He does not have the compassion to give his time to the patient. All he does is treat the wound and leave. He needs to give more of his time to patients and if he doesn’t eventually he will have no patients. I don’t know about you but I want a Doctor who cares and this one does not. He leaves everything up to the rest to the staff to do his job. Now if that is the kind of Doctor you like than he is the one for you But as for me, I won’t be going back there.

Wonderful Dr and staff. You’re never waiting like other Drs, he sees you quickly and is extremely patient and pleasant. I can’t say enough great things, Dr Schlauder will be our dermatologist forever!

Cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They told my doctor was on vacation but there was another doctor there. I get there and they told me we told you there would be no doctors here yet sent me a text reminder for my appointment the night before too. Unprofessional.

Tried making an appointment for the first time as new patient today but gave up after 15 minutes on call, and still no appointment! Receptionist asked me if I’m new patient, than asked what insurance do you have? What happened to making it personal by asking “May I have your name please?” then “Okay, we appreciate you choosing our office to help you with your healthcare, may I ask you what insurance do you have?”. Customer service is everything and receptionist acted as if I’m just another number and placed me on hold 3 times during a 15 minute call while she needed help seeing if my insurance was acceptable (which it was), then needed help with scheduling appointment for me, then admitted stating that she didn’t know how to work the system very well! I only get a 15 minute break at work and she failed to set up an appointment. For me if front desk doesn’t have it together to just place a new patient appointment in 15 minutes, than this office is not for me. My advice to owner is to have their front desk better aligned together to get the simple things done. If it’s a mess upfront, I’d hate to think how back end is!
