Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for my daughter and I to have our hair blown out for her wedding reversal dinner. Late afternoon the day before the rehersal, I received a call to change the appointment time; this was fine. The salon knew our appointments were in preparation for a special event. A little while after the first call, I received a message canceling both appointments. I understand issues/situations come up but they should have put us in with another stylist at the salon. It’s virtually impossible to find another appointment in Lancaster, PA for the next day. I made an appointment for my daughter and I to have our hair blown out for her wedding reversal dinner. Late afternoon the day before the rehersal, I received a call to change the appointment time; this was fine. The salon knew our appointments were in preparation for a special event. My family and I all go here to have our hair cut. It may cost more than a chain store haircut but it’s worth it. Our stylist Dora is great and we never get a bad hair cut. My wife constantly gets compliments on her hair. Small kids the do for way cheaper. Easy parking in one of the Market lots. Everyone is friendly and smiling and the interior gives you less of the sterile clinical feeling you get at other places while still being very clean. For the adults, you are pampered a bit along with the hair cut. After they take your coat they ask if they can get you something to drink while you wait. This could be anything from water to a glass of wine.
