Janie Day is one of the very best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. I use massage therapy more to help recuperate from an injury than general relaxation or even pampering. Janie rehabilitated my strained hamstring and helped my husband recover from torn labrum shoulder surgery. Janie allows a payment schedule such that you can schedule 15-20 minutes per day for a focused massage rather than requiring an entire session. In that way, I was able to afford to go more often to effectively help my injury. Go to Janie, she’s great!

Jamie Day is the owner and is the Therapist.She gives excellent massages, so good that I get one a week. They are great with someone that has arthritis and is recovering from a knee replacement. She is very accommodating and will adjust her calendar to meet your needs.
