Christina is A M A Z I N G. I swear she fixed my neck with the deep tissue massage! Twice now. I’ve gone to other places as I just started getting massages and wanted to try out a few, but no one EVER even touches my neck close to what Christina is able to do. Christina truly listens when you ask for what you want and will do her best to make sure you’re comfortable! Even suggested some stretches, and made sure I knew how to do them, so I can not be in constant pain hopefully! The staff in the salon side are all very friendly when you walk in as well. Smells good in there, very clean relaxing establishment. 10/10 recommend !!

So I have had a shellac pedicure scheduled for over a week called and scheduled it, young lady asked for just my name and number and I let her know who I would like to schedule with , Joo, no problem! Go in to my appt at 6:30 didn’t even get greeted walking in … get sat in the back by whoever was working the front desk and she lets me know she will let Joo know I’m there … Great! Doesn’t offer me a thing then next customer that comes back and is seated for her pedicure gets offered “coffee,tea or water” didn’t complain about that .. So 6:40 comes Joo grabs me and greets me whoever was working alongside Joo for the 2 pedicures they were doing decided to talk for Joo the whole time saying they can’t do shellac from other places because they don’t know what they use I explained it was CND which is what is primarily used everywhere she questions me more and says “oh they didn’t ask you what you had when you made the appt?” I said no and she basically goes on talking about them and how they should have but they can’t do my pedicure because they don’t “drill” the shellac off.. she didn’t know what “shellac they use” but she knew how “they take it off” made no sense but Joo was trying and she even had me sit down to look and see and I only had a French tip shellac Joo continues to look and she’s like “I don’t know” then the girl is like “is it thick?” Joo says idk so the lady starts talking for her again and says I’m sorry we can’t we are all booked up and she has someone right after you “I’m sorry we ran late but we can’t” so not only am I a scheduled appt , a PAYING customer but you turn me away after running 10 mins late to my appt that my time could have been used for doing my service and basically saying because a question that wasn’t asked on the salons behalf that’s the customer’s fault?! I then ask because I have a $80 gift card if I can sell it back (at this point I felt unwelcome and lied to) she continue’s to say “oh you won’t come back ever?” I say no then she says you’ll have to talk to our manager DJ about that I’m sorry”completely unprofessional I will never set foot in that salon ever again and will let everyone know how unwelcoming and unprofessional this location is

I was accidentally booked for a Swedish massage instead of a deep tissue, so it was a little light on pressure, but good for a Swedish. Planning to book another in the future and will make sure it is deep tissue. Really love this place and how friendly everyone is. I also brought my Mom here for a facial and she really loved it!
