Horrible experience with them. I went on Friday to get my feet and a new set of acrylic nails done. First of all I kept telling them the water was cold and nothing was done. Then when it was time for my acrylic set the lady didn’t do what I asked for. She gave me almond shape nails instead of oval like I asked. The nails we bulky like she had never done that before. I came back the next day to fix them and their solution was to paint over them instead of filing them down and redoing them. Anyway I went home took a shower and immediately the nail polish started coming off. I went back a second time to which again I asked them remove them and give me a refund. They said they can’t do that and they could repaint them once more but by the time they did all of that my nails looked like I’ve had them for two weeks and today barely makes it 8 days. Apart from all that you can see all three nail colors. I was so embarrassed to show people my nails. If you can avoid them. Let’s not talk about my pedicure. If I could I would give zero stars. Money and my time have been wasted.

Hannah was amazing and so insanely talented!! Her attention to detail and thoroughness is unmatched. Best nails Ive ever gotten- will be flying down to Texas just to come here every month!! Everyone is super nice here and the place is very very clean and aesthetic.

Friendly staff- BUT my husband decided to come with me for a pedicure and had a terrible experience. I was not going to leave a review, but he is just now able to walk after having the bottom of his foot shaved off. Its been a month. He did get half off though. I guess because the other foot was fine Be cautious of the cheese grater. I have never seen this happen before. Very painful.

I go get my nails done every couple of weeks. Ton and Lee are always so friendly and do an incredible job. Their customer service is top notch! You need to give them a try! Gel manicures

Linda and John were my go to peeps here for a couple of years now but after new owner and management came in, they left unexpectedly and sadly. However, I called and talked to Amy, really personable and helpful. She reassured me they had a new tech who would be great. Kai. I couldn’t be more please with my nails, I wanted a specific shape and thickness. He was efficient and savvy and got my nails just right. I’ve had them a couple weeks now with no issues, no cracking or breaking. Awesome job, I’m very pleased and will be back.

This was my first trip to Day Spa. I was immediately impressed with the elegance and ambiance of the salon. I was greeted and seated right away, which I greatly appreciated since I’m super indecisive about my nail color. The staff was very patient with me and offered me a beverage during my decision process. I ended up asking my technician’s opinion to help me decide on the 2 colors I liked most. She actually convinced me try the dip polish, even though I had a bad experience at a previous salon. Since then, I’m super sensitive to the nail Dremel, which I communicated to Hannah. She was super sweet about it and was so gentle the entire time. I’m so happy with results and cannot stop staring at my nails! For once, I don’t have any soreness around my cuticles! I will absolutely be returning to Day Spa with Hannah in a month and maybe even splurge on a facial!

My friend and I got gel nails here and were dissatisfied. Mine weren’t throughly painted and didn’t look great overall. My friend ended up getting her cuticles infected and it caused her severe pain. Very disappointed. Nail art, Gel manicures
