I wish I could give zero stars, however I have to add a star to write a review. I have never been so embarrassed in my life! Prior to me taking this fifty min drive, I called the business to ask if they took a blue spa finder gift card that was given to me by my students. Sean ( the Owner or manager) answers the call. I explain to him in detail that I had a blue spa finder card, and before taking the long drive. I wanted to know if they took the cards. Sean gives a mediocre explanation, and then said Yes, I again reiterated the card was blue, and Sean said to me ok. He set my appt. for a pedicure, paraffin foot wrap, and full set @430pm. I arrive at the Day Spa after my long drive, and immediately was un-impressed. I had an appt at 430, and still had to wait an additional, 10-15 mins. While Ci-Ci spoke in her language with another customer. I was searching for surrounding nail shops in the area on my cell, because I was about to leave, because of the wait, when Ci- Ci came over, and said I’ll take you now- No apology… for having me wait. She did my pedicure first, I am used to having my feet soaked in hot water, sitting in the massage chair, but here the massage chair was barely functional, the chair made a LOUD noise, and was almost deafening in my ear so how could I relax? Ci- Ci barely soaked my feet, shaped my toe nails, clipped them and polished them- and she forgot to do my paraffin wrap:-( not the stellar job that I was expecting. Ci- Ci then did my nails, my nails turned out beautiful, no complaints here, I got a Ombre nail set that turned out AMAZING, however here’s the embarrassing part. When I went to pay with the blue spa-finder cards, that I asked could I use prior to coming I couldn’t, Sean was called, by the hair dresser who stated she remembers overhearing my call about the cards, she seemed remorseful, Sean was rude/ cutting me off even blaming me, for his lack of communication, the card the shop took was blue, and so was the one I had. I left the cards at the shop 100 dollars in value to be sorted out, after Sean rudely tells me to sort it out with Spa finder, and to pay another way. I told him I had no other means of payment, that’s why I asked before coming, he tells the hair dresser to keep the cards, and then says to me just leave the cards and states” let her leave” between Ci-Ci demanding a larger tip, and Sean’s rudeness over the phone, when he was the one in the wrong. I will NEVER return to this location, thank you to the hair stylist she seemed remorseful, but the others were RUDE, and I hope others see this review and spend their hard earned money elsewhere, this place lacks professionalism.

I will say CiCi is amazing, i have been to her 3 times and she has not yet failed me. She has strong hands but are also very soft to the touch. I was NOT at all happy when I made an appointment with CiCi and they tried to PASS someone else off to me acting as if that was CiCi. That was NOT ok, as if I did not know who I made my appointment with. When the young lady was starting to actually start my pedicure is when I asked where is CiCi and who are you. No one ever even said sorry or anything they just spoke in their language the girl got up and CiCi came. That was very UNPROFESSIONAL other than that CiCi does a great job.

Linda gives the best massages. She clearly has some background in anatomy because she really understands how to work out tension from tight muscles. She is exceptional and I have been going to her for several years. I can not recommend her enough!

My daughter had a GREAT experience there. She got her gel nails soaked off and she was even able to keep her real nails. Some places, after asking for a soak off, will not try and save the real nails.
