Sharday was the person that did my haircut and relaxer and i wasn’t satisfied the relaxer turnt out bad and the haircut as well I’m still dealing with it and can’t really style it like i need to because entirely too much hair was cut off its in layers and very choppy and i can’t do anything with it. Pitiful i will not be returning back…Instead of folks telling you they can’t cut your hair right they do it instead just to get the money i think then you’re in a bind trying to figure out what to do to your hair…

The phone call was unprofessional, but a friend recommended me to Carmen so I gave her a chance. I showed up early to no strict enforcement of masks, her own being below her nose with her in your face. The staff was rude and unprofessional both over the phone and in person.
