Loved coming here for haircuts with Donna. However, last haircut, the layers on one side were cut too short so it was uneven on both sides and also made the hair look too thin on the messed up side. Came back to get it fixed and asked her to cut it shorter so that the messed up side would look better for the wedding I need to attend. But then I was charged for a full haircut again (with no apology) for a mistake that was made by them. Not sure I’ll be coming back.

I went to get mani pedi recently, manicure was with gel, less than a week later the color was chipping. One week 3 days later from the day I got them, one gel nail literally just peeled off. Would not recommend at all.

These ladies are fantastic. They took on my hair which is a 2 person job by itself and permed my son’s hair. We’ll definitely be going back. They are super kind and professional!

Best nail salon I’ve been to in Austin. I walked in with a Groupon and wasn’t discriminated against for using it like other places I’ve been to. I waited maybe 5 minutes before they took me to the back and I had the most pleasant conversation with the ladies doing my mani/pedi. I’d go back in a heartbeat and recommend people get their nails done here. Not the fanciest place but the service was amazing. Absolutely love it!!!

Used a Groupon for a gel manicure and am very impressed at how long it lasted…well past 2 weeks and I only had to take it off because it had grown out so much. Upon arrival, I was not very impressed considering it is a hair salon and nail salon. However, a woman spent a lot of time with me to ensure I liked the color I had picked and tried to make conversation with me while she did my nails. I would definitely go back if I was in a pinch and couldn’t get in at my normal salon.

Wow… Amazing nail technician by the name of Mimi helped me today. I assumed I would get average service because I had a Groupon This was not the case at all. She treated me like royalty. I was offered Water:, I was given a paraffin wax at no additional charge on my hands, and hot towel on my legs. I’m so picky… I’ve had the same technician for 10 years in a different city, and always hate to go to someone new. Mimi did outstanding work I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend!!!!

I went here for the first time today. I love this hair salon. I will highly return here. The staff is very friendly especially Donna. I love how they do their haircut they feel so relaxing. This is a great location. I will highly recommend this place. Hannah does a great job at manicures.

Critical: QualityI went in for an eyebrow wax and got BURNED. During the wax, I told my lady that the wax was too warm and she said it was because they had just opened for the day, so they had just turned the wax on. But why wouldn’t they have waited until the wax cooled enough before putting it on my face?! I had made an appointment, so they easily could have prepared the wax in time, but they failed to do so. The lady also didn’t do anything when I told her the wax was too warm. She just kept putting it on my face. I told her this twice, but she still didn’t try to fix anything. As I was driving home, my face was stinging so I washed it when I got home and that’s when I noticed that there were red welts on my face and that’s why my face was hurting. I went back to the salon and they put aloe and baby powder on my face, which actually just made the burns hurt worse. They kept saying my skin was just sensitive and that it would feel better with the aloe, but my face still hurts and I now have to deal with red marks on my face until they heal. Hopefully they will not leave scars. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed countless times before from other salons and have NEVER had a bad reaction to the wax, so my skin isn’t “sensitive” as the salon claimed. Whose skin wouldn’t react though when you put overly hot wax on it? The salon reluctantly gave me a refund, but a $10 refund isn’t worth having my face literally marked from this experience.I went in for an eyebrow wax and got BURNED. Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in and asked if they had time for a simple acrylic set and showed them the colors I wanted and they said no they didnt have time without even listening to me or looking at the picture and when I laughed like as if it was a joke because it was so fast for the response she stopped me in my tracks. but she was serious and rude about it when she said the only person who does acrylics is on vacation and they dont have time with anyone else. Rude and unprofessional. Dont listen before they speak.Walked in and asked if they had time for a simple acrylic set and showed them the colors I wanted and they said no they didnt have time without even listening to me or looking at the picture and when I laughed like as if it was a joke …More

Very bad experience. Gel nail did not set and left for travel the following day. Had a 30 minute call to explain the nail wiped off. They wanted to charge me. Finally they agreed to fix the one half of the one nail. Went back when I returned and they fixed it. Got home to put a top coat on the others to match the shine, which I do all the time and all the nails polish bubbled. Ridiculous. Poor quality products and poor customer service. There are salons on every corner, find another
