Bit of a disappointment for Christmas present pedicures. Not greeted at all when we walked in the door, Stood around for a minute and the two ladies giving the pedicures just called our names – thats it,,, didn’t ask how we were, how our Christmas was – nothing. The lady that did my pedicure never even spoke to me except to ask if i picked out a color!.. My daughters lady conversed a very little bit – but just not a friendly vibe at all. NO massaging of the legs – nothing. I had scheduled the 90 minute deluxe seasonal pedicure – there was nothing seasonal about it. At exactly 60 minutes we were done. NOT the 90 minutes scheduled. When I went to pay I told them we did not get the 90 minutes and no massage. The receptionist tried to argue a little and said our feet must not have needed much buffing and probably that we had no callouses! I said no, your online menu specifically says 90 minutes – so she did only charge us the 60 minute massage. I would not go back – too many other salons in Bay City to choose from!

I’ve tried so many places. My haircut has always gotten messed up by every place such as buzz cuts, beauty salons etc. I came in today and got my hair cut by Jessica and she’s transformed my hair.
