I had my first visit here and will definitely be back. Rachel did such a wonderful job with my SNS manicure. She was so friendly and made sure I was happy throughout the process. She helped me choose colors that were comparable to a photo I had and she even added a hand painted design. I will be sure to ask for her on my next visit. Everyone was very pleasant. I felt like they were very respectful of our appointment time and while I never felt rushed, we were all finished in a reasonable amount of time.

I was late coming in for a pedicure and manicure I didn’t realize they closed at 7 so I asked if they could still take me it was about 30 minutes before closing. They were very nice and accommodating however it was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. My nail polish is terrible and I will have to take it off tonight. My toe nails still had nail polish on them before she painted them which I mentioned but no response. I understand if you close at 7 you’re ready to leave it would have been better if they had just said we don’t have time to do a pedicure before we close instead I was rushed and I paid for a manicure and pedicure I could have done at home.

Called ahead to get an appointment for gel x removal, was told to come in. The employee that removed the gel burned my nails, didn’t watch when drilling, and seemed more concerned about not doing the job. I paid the $15 for removal but there’s still gel on my nails in a thick coat. Will never be back. He wore a bureaucrat, didn’t get his name.

I went there in a Saturday got pink and white acrylic on my nails, noticed on Sunday that the part near my cuticle was separating from my nail which i would expect after two weeks but not one day. I called on Monday they told me i could come in and get them fixed. I came in, all he did was file them down and away from my cuticle. This is what they look like the very next day. Still separating and breaking from my nail. This picture was taken the day after i got them “fixed”

I came in for SNS. My skin is sensitive, so soaking my nails off in a bag of acetone burns my skin. When I explained that to the nail tech she got really mad and stormed off. She proceeded to get the aluminum foil and cotton to soak them, but squirted the acetone all over my hands on purpose. I’ve never seen such rude behavior from a nail technician. I then asked her to just take them off and told her I would pass on the SNS application. I wasn’t sure how she was going to treat me for the remainder of the visit. So sad for a mama that rarely gets time to herself.
