I LOVE coming here for self care services. The team at Dawns always takes great care of me, my teenage daughter and friends and family I have sent. Massages with Shari and Pat have been so wonderful. They each provide an effective massage and can do deep tissue or relaxing (sometimes I fall asleep!) the waxing and facial services are top notch and the spa is SO clean and decorated beautifully. The Spa always has monthly specials and deals and offers a wide variety of services. I highly recommend Dawns Falls Day spa.

We moved to Hopkinton almost a year ago and I have tried a bunch of places in the area. This spa is the best place for waxing, massage and facials. I’ve been here around 10-15 times and each experience has been really great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The space is relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. And the services are top notch. I’ve utilized their monthly specials a few times..I love a good deal. Highly recommend that you book your next spa appointment with them!!

The spa has ever friendly staff and the environment is relaxing, but if you want a deep tissue massage/need certain areas worked on, I would go elsewhere. Very disapponted with the fact I paid more for a hard pressure deep tissue and received a basic rub down. If you want a facial or another service I would recommend it, just not for a deep tissue or anything similar. .

I wasn’t going to post this until my girlfriend, who was a loyal customer years ago, read me an email she received from the owner who was complaining about a bad review she received. So, that reminded me of the first and last time I or anyone I know will ever go there. I went in prepared to buy my girlfriend a VERY nice gift package with products and gift cards for massages. I was met by a woman who I assume was the owner. She looked at me but said nothing. I said “hello, I’m looking fo….” And I couldn’t even finish my sentence because this woman cut me off and said “the receptionist will be right with you.” I was a little annoyed at this point until a very nice receptionist greeted me a minute or so later. I was chatting with the receptionist for a little while about the services until that same woman appeared from her dungeon and very rudely shushed us because apparently we were talking too loudly in her FaNcY dAy SpA…. Needless to say my girlfriend found a much nicer spa, although I am happy she is still on her email chain.

Emma is my new favorite massage therapist. Her 90 minute swedish massage was one of the most relaxing I have ever had. I left feeling like I could drift off into a lovely nap (which is saying alot considering it was 11am and I’d already had my coffee that morning!). Highly recommend for a peaceful, rejuvenating experience.
