Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI asked for a whole different color and the woman gave me an attitude before I even sat down. She was rude. Very quiet & doesn’t communicate well with you . The only thing I said was “I don’t really like this can you change it?” SHE DID ONE NAIL AND I ASKED NICELY IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENT WHITE and she threw the nail polish down. Very negative and I would NOT recommend this place . My nails feel thick and rushed. Find you a better place to go, they just want money . I asked for a whole different color and the woman gave me an attitude before I even sat down. She was rude. Very quiet & doesn’t communicate well with you . The only thing I said was “I don’t really like this can you change it?” SHE DID ONE NAIL AND I ASKED NICELY IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENT WHITE and she threw the nail polish down. Critical: Quality, ValueI am new to the area and gave this place a try. It was $50 + tip to get a regular dip powder manicure. I got scraped twice by their electric file. My nails aren’t the right shape; I asked her to correct it twice. It is dark in there, but this morning I see that she filed my natural nail down way too much. We will see what happens, but I am not confident this will last even a week w/out chipping. Attention to detail wasn’t there — and why do you have to put your hands under the blue light? This is not a normal procedure for dips! I guess I will have to find somewhere else. I am new to the area and gave this place a try. It was $50 + tip to get a regular dip powder manicure. I got scraped twice by their electric file. My nails aren’t the right shape; I asked her to correct it twice. It is dark in there, but this morning I see that she filed my natural nail down way too much. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityMary did my nails and pedicure and she was fabulous! She helped to match my pedicure to my outfit which is what my goal was. This is probably one of the best set of nails I’ve ever had! They are gorgeous the facility is clean and the service is great. The price is a bit high but it’s good quality.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Rough to the point I had to tell him to lighten up and let me know if he needed to move feet, toes etc. Rushed through my pedi which cost $57 dollars for a deluxe!! My first and last visit with this nail salon. Male Technician way too rough. Rough to the point I had to tell him to lighten up and let me know if he needed to move feet, toes etc. Rushed through my pedi which cost $57 dollars for a deluxe!! This was suppose to be relaxing everything but relaxing. I think I left feeling more tense then when I went in. Will not be doing this again! .
