CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SPECIFIC SNS NAILS AND PEDICURE. THE OWNER WAS STARTING TO DO MY NAILS AND THEN A CUSTOMER CAME FOR something else and said to me she will take over. They absolutely did not know how to do sns nails and when I told her this is not sns nails and I indicated to her something is not right that the place I go to does it differently, her remark was then why did you come here!. Very rude! I said to her that’s very rude. I am a new customer and wanted to try a different place and it’s closer to me.my nails where rough and my cuticles were a mess. I was so disappointed, the owner didn’t even come by me to see what was happening. I only told her I was going to Pay pedicure. My thing is this if you don’t do something why say you do to bring customers in and then be disappointed. I will never go back to this place. Then to make matters worse when she was doing pedicure a customer walked in wanted to get a pedicure no appointment and she said sorry nothing available. I’m sorry but I’m a business owner myself and you never turn down a customer. Bad

Today decided to try this place because it’s close to my house. The interior was slightly outdated but everything about my experience was great. I got a gel fill in and a color gel on top. It was $40. They took their time and my nails came out very neat, thin and exactly how I wanted them. They asked multiple times if I was happy with the outcome. I also got a back and hand massage!!!! For the price the quality and service is outstanding. Now let’s just see if the nails hold up.

My nails were in desperate need of some TLC. I took a chance and stopped in to DaVinci Nail. My technician was Ellen and she was amazing! Its was around 12:30pm and the place was fairly empty. That gave me pause but I ventured in anyway. Ellen was very attentive, wasn’t much into small talk, which works for me and really focused on my nails.
