I’ve been going to ella for 17yrs for highlights, David has also done highlights for me, he started when he was just a young boy. They’re both very experienced. I have never had a problem. My hair always comes out amazing. I moved to New Jersey 8yrs ago & have been to many places that ruined my hair.

Got charged for a look I did not want. Completely damaged my hair by over processing it. If you can’t do a certain look/style DONT DO IT! don’t charge the customer the price of a certain look you can’t achieve ! Be more transparent with your customers before hand ! and stop giving people free services in exchange for positive reviews… also maybe have better service instead of snapping back at peoples reviews .. maybe learn your lessons instead of being petty.

I am so extremely impressed by David and his assistant Kelly. I will definitely be returning soon! David is without a doubt a professional stylist who has confidence in his work, results were unbelievable. He cut my hair in record time and it looked flawless. Kelly did the keratin treatment on my hair, it lasted for months as promised. I highly recommend this place!

There is no better salon experience than with David….. his work is perfection! I am a new client and have never left a salon feeling like such a super star! David takes his time with each client ensuring that they leave with nothing but stunning hair and a smile on their face. I just went for a cut, wash and blow. While I was there i also did the hair straightening and I did the permanent eyebrows . when I left David’s Place I looked liked a totally different person. I love my new look! Thank you David! He is truly AMAZING! He is a perfectionist and he makes sure that what he does is perfect. He truly knows his stuff. David you ROCK! Everyone there is really nice and happy I recommend this place to anyone who wants to look beautiful!

Honestly would give this place a much lower rating, but out of respect for David I’ll give it a 3. I’ll give him this, cuts amazing hair and has a true understanding of what will and won’t look good. If you say you want to do X, he WILL tell you if there’s a better idea. However don’t bother making appointments, they are almost never kept on time. Just call and ask how busy it is and roll in when it’s empty. Last time I literally waited 45 minutes (with an appointment mind you and I was on time). However worth the wait.

Focus on one thing at a time. An appointment should mean something. However, I enjoy my visits. I clear my schedule because I know I will be there for hours. The results are worth it. Excellent talent at this salon. I have my friend drive 40 miles through two tolls to see you. Your knowledge is 5 stars
