Called them on a few separate occasions in an attempt to setup an appointment and, upon leaving voicemails with my details, no one ever returned my call. I guess they don’t need my business.

They didn’t offer my partner a shave, but not their fault. Should fix some of their online ads, update them. Pricing was fair, place is good with hair at least. No complaints, 3/5 is my average rating.

I really want to love David’s barbershop, but after several times there it always leaves something to be desired. The owner is very friendly, and the hair cut is quick (which is better for me than salon cuts which drag on way too long). However, the hair cut itself is not that great and every time some parts are ‘missed’ in the cutting. On one occasion it took about 15 min longer than it should because the guy (not the owner) was more interested in his phone than me, and I was the only customer!

“David’s old fashioned Barbershop” on Central Ave. across from where the new County building is being built. I had quick service with no wait. The shop has been in operation for 60 years in Los Alamos and the (three) chairs look vintange. One flatscreen TV (it showed tht 70ies Show, while I was there) Not bad. Hours: Tue-Fr: 9am-5pm Sat 8am-1pm

It’s just what the name says. An old time barbershop. Walk in, sit down, grab a newspaper, and Dave will be with you as soon as he finishes the haircut ahead of you.

Never open when it should be, the main guy sucks. You tell them what you want and never is the end result, any time a haircut takes 4 minutes, you might wanna rethink future appointments.
