Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the 2nd time I chose to go to David’s Happy Nails. When I arrived there was 1 person getting a manicure and I was quickly escorted to the pedicure tubs and was immediately being worked on, no time for soaking or relaxing. The service was rushed and substandard and I could have done a better job myself. The cost was 40.00 without tax and 15% gratuity. I did experience David’s “Happy Nails” 1 other time, I had scheduled a mani/pedi and after the pedi was TALKED OUT OF A MANICURE by their employee, stating if I didn’t get “gel” it would not be worth me getting a manicure. My husband was charged 60.00 plus tax and a 20% tip. This business needs to start thinking about their future as they have poor customer service, poor execution of their services and inconsistent prices. What can I say, David, your customers would like you to step up, maybe you have been in the business too long and need to start something else that will give you a new outlook and not to be like a conveyer belt built on money $$$. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but I got cut during the cuticle trimming part of my pedicure and it’s swollen and still painful 2 days later. I’m hoping it’s not infected, I’ve had to keep cleaning and bandaging it. So much for pretty toes!

One of the top pedicures I’ve ever had! The deluxe package massage was wonderful and I wasn’t pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wine! It wasn’t delicious. The salon was very clean and had some great features that I haven’t seen in other salons, such as curtains between the pedicure stations.
