I went to Kati (kah-T) a month ago for a cut and I’m still livid over what she did to my hair. Pictures speak for themselves. My hair looks like it was cut by a child with a weed wacker. These images are from two separate days, from both sides of my head. What is not included is the botched job underneath. It’s so horrifically uneven. Even the woman who colored my hair made a comment about the cut, then suggested I say something to management.. which I didn’t, should have, but didn’t. A whole month later and I’m still just as angry. The only way I can semi-disguise her damage is if I fry my hair to crisp with a flat iron. Otherwise it’s a complete embarrassment. Never everrrrr again…

I am new to DC and am so glad I found David Rios salon. Kelly got me in last minute when another salon canceled my appointment on me. I’m actually pretty glad they did though, because after seeing Kelly my color looks gorgeous and my hair is shiny and glossy again. I really like this salon because it’s a beautiful L’Oréal salon but with a very laid back, non pompous vibe and a friendly, inviting staff. I will definitely be back!

Jean-Luc gave me an exquisite haircut. It’s classic, chic and best of all, it “works,” which for me means it has great movement yet stays out of my face and eyes. Oh my goodness Josh couldn’t have done a better job if he tried. He absolutely nailed exactly what my 16 year old daughter was going for and made her feel comfortable immediately which is hard to do with her. He even took the time to show her easy fun ways to style her new cut and made sure she had the product to do it. Will most definitely be back for her next cut. Can’t say thank you enough.
