Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time visiting this nail salon, and will be coming here from now on. I believe my nail tech was Sarah and from the start, she was wonderful. Made sure I sanitized when coming in and cleaned my chair before I sat down, so cleanliness is very important for them. Through the process, she asked if everything looked good so far to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I love my nails and she was very quick and quality was amazing. First time visiting this nail salon, and will be coming here from now on. I believe my nail tech was Sarah and from the start, she was wonderful. Made sure I sanitized when coming in and cleaned my chair before I sat down, so cleanliness is very important for them. Through the process, she asked if everything looked good so far to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I love my nails and she was very quick and quality was amazing. Just left thinking and looking at my Pedicure. I called day before to make an appointment the gentleman on the phone really nice stated 28 for pedicure and I heard him say 5 dollars extra for gel. Arrive the gel pedicure is actually 15 dollars more. Okay I’ll do it. The lady doing my pedicure was not very social I ended up speaking more to the owner and the lady doing my friends pedicure than the lady doing my toes. When doing my white tips she seemed to be frustrated and could not get it. My toe next to my big toe on my right side is not straight. Then checking out I was charged 48. I paid it with out complaining. To get to my car and think wait 28 + 15 is 43. Guess they charged me extra for a French pedi and didn’t tell me that it was more charge. I rate a 2 cause I enjoyed that the place was very clean and calm but pretty disappointed. Looking at my pedicure it doesn’t look like almost 50 dollars worth.

I went for a full set of gel nails and even provided a detailed picture. I got nothing Is asked for. Had my eyebrows waxed and looked horrible very choppy and long stands never plucked. $80.00 down the drain!

This was my first time here and I am very happy. I love the Way the young girl did my nails. I am sorry I didn’t get her name. I will be going back. I suggest making an appointment as they were very busy and I had about an hour wait because I was a walk in.

I really don’t know the name of the tech who did these beauties, but for over 5 months I have been coming here and this is the best work done. The shape and they are so thin that doesn’t even look like it’s acrylic it was a wonderful work. I was there on Saturday afternoon the wait was long but totally worth it.

Critical: QualityI’ve been coming to David’s for months now and years on and off. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had yet. I don’t want to upset or offend anybody so I settled for a different tech after David insisted that all of his techs are good and I shouldn’t just pick the one I like. Well today I got a refill and reshape and my nails look horrible. The tech that did my nails couldn’t even pay attention for 10 mins to actually get my nails done. She was up and down and fidgety. My nails are chunky, the gel polish ran over onto my skin and the shaping is horrible. I’m just very upset that I wasted my hard earned money this time just to have to go and get them fixed and pay even more. I’ve been coming to David’s for months now and years on and off. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had yet. I don’t want to upset or offend anybody so I settled for a different tech after David insisted that all of his techs are good and I shouldn’t just pick the one I like.
