Critical: ProfessionalismI came to this place prior to the pandemic shut down. Had my hair blown out by a man—I believe he was the owner. When I described to him how I liked my hair styled/what works best for me (literally like two sentences worth) he became aggressive and dismissive and stated “If you want me to do your hair, then let me do your hair. I don’t take suggestions.” I’ve never felt more disrespected and, frankly, assaulted by a hairdresser. It’s hair. Any hairdresser I have gone to appreciates me informing them of what I like. This man either had a horrible day or this is just his personality. Regardless, a place that allows customers to be dismissed and reprimanded like that for having preferences, opinions, or a voice—is not a place I want to give my money or prime to.
