My 1st 2 haircuts with Meryl were amazing. It was all downhill from there. 2 more really bad, choppy, uneven cuts. Incorrect color. She stopped listening and just cut how she wanted, not what I was telling her. Go to salon Revive in Mission Bay plaza, Boca, on 441. All are excellent!

I had an absolutely terrible haircut by Merle about 3 weeks ago-first time I went to her. I showed her pix of what I’d like and told her I did not want it cut short. She just went along her merry way, not working with my concerns at all, just telling me it had to be styled her particular way. I told her I was upset in the middle of the haircut, and still she had to do it absolutely her way w no regards to talking w me about a gradual change, etc. Not only did she cut the back basically up to the lowest part of my scalp–it was uneven and a real mess. No wonder she told me not to look at the back. My calls to the owner were not answered.
