Went for the first time today and it was amazing! The lady who washed my hair was super gentle and I almost fell asleep during my hairwash. Jason Arnold himself did my hair trim, and he was very focused on client care; I’m hearing impaired and cannot hear after I took my hearing aids out. He explained to me the entire process beforehand, and ensured that I could communicate with him after my haircut, after I put my hearing aids back in.

I’d come to David Arnold Hair Salon a few years back for different services: haircut, dying, bleaching… with all of those services, I was satisfied. But the last time I’d gone there for an updo, they really impressed me with their expertise, speed and reasonable price. Tessa, the stylist assigned to my updo, was available for a free pre-appointment consultation where she took a look at the photo ideas and recommended the kind of style that would best suit my hair. On the day of the appointment, she worked quickly and fixed the updo very well — it lasted me the entire day (albeit one strand fell out towards the end, but that wasn’t a big deal). Tessa did a great job — it was exactly what I wanted. As for the price, it will depend on the kind and complexity of service you’re getting, so just make sure to call them ahead of time and possibly consult with a stylist for a quote. Overall though, I would say it’s a reasonable price for great, quality service. The only downside is that you can’t pay by card, so make sure to bring your checkbook or take out some cash before your visit. Whether you’re looking for an everyday cut or want something fancier, I highly recommend this place.

From the initial phone call of me scrambling to book something last minute, and being fit in within 24 hours – I knew I was in great hands. The entire staff is so sweet and makes you feel at home immediately. I had the absolute delight of having Jason as my stylist and I’m so beyond thankful to him. He was attentive and informative throughout the entire process!! No rushing or overriding what I wanted, we discussed what I was looking for – and he made that happen!!I feel like a new woman. I went in with a shabby medium brown, and left with a luscious rich chocolate brown shade that’s so delish I could literally take a bite. My hair is shiny, smooth and completely revamped!! We even discussed my natural hair texture and factored that into the cut. Jason and his team really know what attention to detail and customer service mean.
