Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAnna is great with her let me tell you that but if you want to come at the times it says they open don’t expect for it to be open. I have been sitting in my car waiting for her for 30 mins and nothing. The times I have come though I usually wait forever to get my haircut. If you like a good haircut but want to waste like 2 to 3 hours of your day then this place is for you. When they first opened I loved coming here but the quality in customer service has hit rock bottom since. Anna is great with her let me tell you that but if you want to come at the times it says they open don’t expect for it to be open. I have been sitting in my car waiting for her for 30 mins and nothing. The times I have come though I usually wait forever to get my haircut. If you like a good haircut but want to waste like 2 to 3 hours of your day then this place is for you. When they first opened I loved coming here but the quality in customer service has hit rock bottom since. Truly disappointed and will not be coming back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI honestly have been to Daviana’s like 2 times already, I have referred a friend, I took my daughter because I like how she cuts hair and the fact that it’s affordable. I usually have to wait quite a while for her but I know it’s worth it. But when you make me wait almost an hour, and then come to tell me that someone that came after me “ had an appointment “ and she was gonna be worked on first and that I have to wait 40 more minutes then I will get upset. She had other 2 before me and I clearly asked “ I need a haircut can you work on me? “ and she said” yes I can I’m just gonna check on their hair I’ll be right with you” . Okay I can wait but then you do that? No. I’m sorry, she could’ve told me oh no I can’t too busy or oh I have appointments, or something! Nope she made me sit there and then told me she had an appointment when I had waited for almost an hour. ( mind you my husband and kids where waiting for me in the car!! ) I understand I only needed a haircut but to me that’s so unprofessional. I honestly have been to Daviana’s like 2 times already, I have referred a friend, I took my daughter because I like how she cuts hair and the fact that it’s affordable. I usually have to wait quite a while for her but I know it’s worth it.
