I had been a customer for over 14 years. Never had an issue until this spring. The technician cut my toe. ( I’m diabetic). After my pedicure I was under the light and when the timer rang nobody came. I looked around and the techs were on their phones, too busy to check on me. Put on my socks and shoes. When I got home my socks were sticking to my toes. Told me I should have wore sandles when it was still snowing out!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

The pedicurist was not friendly. I suspect the plastic liner was previously used. Personally did not like the choices of colors. I won’t be back.
