I went to go get my eyebrows waxed and she was hostile/unprofessional since the beginning but this is my go to spot so I just let it go because usually my eyebrows look alright, when I finally got in the chair after maybe 25 minutes she went fast and did not change out the stick the entire time she sticked it back into the pot over and over again which I later found out when I was looking at my eyebrows after and said I was unsatisfied with part of my brow she got irritated and asked another customer to tell me they looked fine and I was just saying that for no reason, they all shamed me told me they don’t know what to do for me I was “crazy”, she got so irritated she pushed my shoulder back in the seat and told me she’d thread them I told her no and just gave her money and left and her and the other customers talked about me/ when I walked out she told me just don’t come back next time as well as cussing. I do not recommend do to poor service and unhygienic conditions. When I went to get my money back she also hid behind the wall and refused to even speak to me, I’ve included a picture for reference.

They used MMA on my acrylic set which is banned here in the US by the FDA. I’m trying to remove my set at home with a 100% acetone and the acrylics are sticky slimy and gummy. Which are signs of MMA used and not EMA. And the nail tech couldn’t get my nail shape right twice. But the person who does eye brow threading is great and she also did really great too with pedicures. Just don’t get acrylic sets here but definitely go here for eyebrow threading or a pedicure.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is a joke. I wanted to try them because of the convenience of being in the Walmart…I figured one stop to get my nails and shopping done would be great. I went on a Friday the first time…the worker was chillin in a pedicure chair, on her phone with no customers there. I asked for a full set…she said “we don’t do those today”….um ok. So I went back on a Monday, she had one customer and she looked irritated by my presence lol…I asked if I could get a full set and she said “we do full sets Thursday’s and Fridays”. Soooo basically this is a NAIL salon that won’t do your nails for you no matter what day you go in I get the feeling that if she doesn’t feel like doing the service you want, she tells you to come another day This place is a joke. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got a gel mani/pedi and they did an excellent job. Definitely top 5 best man/ pedi I’ve had. The lady who did my nails and feet really took her time and made sure my nails were perfect.
