I’ve been to this salon many times and they are usually friendly. However today a young girl did my nails and her attitude was horrible. She became upset when I asked her about price and refused to finish doing my nails. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. She had me wait for her mother to come back so I can pay and she told me, she stayed late to do my nails. How is this my problem? I am also in a business with customer service and I understand some people upset you, but their is a way to treat people and I felt very disrespected.

THEEE WOOOORRSSTTTT!!!!! My first mistake was thinking a salon in Wal-Mart was a good idea. I must’ve had a slight lapse in judgment at the moment. Rudest people I have ever met in my life. She had zero customer service skills and gave me an attitude when I told her I wanted the shape of all my nails to match and that it’d be $6 more. what?! You’re charging me to make my nails match?!?! They are bumpy uneven and crooked she wouldn’t fix a smudge and told me it’s my fault for not getting gel. I threw the money on the counter and left. I didn’t want to pay but I wasn’t in the mood to keep arguing with these incompetent “nail techs” Then the so called manager continued to tell me there was another salon across the street. I went to NEON NAILS up the street and they fixed everything without the attitude and barely charged me!! 1 star is too much for these people
