They have no customer service. And they’re dirty. I had a pedicure Saturday. After my pedicure she started helping a new client with the same tools she did my pedicure. When they charged me. I told her they need to clean and disinfect. They basically shut me up. Today Sunday. I have an infection in my toe! Never going there again! I was being lazy to make a other stop never again. Top nails in Boyle Heights is the best! Clean and very good costumer service!

I went there and got some nails yes it was 5$ cheap but at what price. I sat down and everything was going okay until she pulled out that machine thingy and started you know fixing the top of my nails or cuticles I don’t really know what they are called anyways it hurt a lot but I’m not the type to tell her to stop even though I should have. She completely cut 4 of my fingers and left them bleeding. Now only 3 hurt so bad I can’t do anything I can’t even run them under water because they hurt so much. I couldn’t even shower properly the next day because of how bad they were left DO NOT GO HERE!! safe to say I will NEVER be returning to this place and will be going back to my regular one at the Montebello plaza. Horrible honestly horrible I’ve never reviewed places because I just don’t feel like it’s needed but i’m about to help all you guys so this doesn’t happen to you. I went there and got some nails yes it was 5$ cheap but at what price. Just had a pedicure. The girl cut and snipped all right places. The care in doing a good paint job was not there. You pay what pay for your toes to feel good and look nice since your going to paint them. She rushed through it and the painting was uneven and patchy. I had to ask her to do it again. You want nice looking nails and not all of them do it.

Omg!! This is the 1st (and last!!) Time I visit this nail spa salon and I HONESTLY didnt like it!! 1st of all the receptionist receiving girl didnt even offer me any special nail spa combos or what kind of polish I desired for my pedi (even though I told the receptionist that it was my 1st time visiting them!) As I was sitting to the chair spa a lady sat next to me and the receptionist “did” ask the lady if she wanted gel type polish or regular. The other thing that I disliked was that I paid xtra $ for callus remover and the pedicurist lady just wrapped in plastic “one of my feet”, not both like u are supposed to! She didnt even scrubbed the inside of my feet , the pedicurist seemed like lazy, w/no energy or off, and left some dead skin on some of my feet fingers, which she didnt scrub or cut and just to finish this rating, she left some polish spots on the inside of my feet finger!! Its the worst I’m sorry to say this!! Guess I’m going to continue to drive to my old nail place spa east LA!! Event though I live in the city of Montebello!! I told the receptionist of my 1st time experience in this nail spa salon and I paid her for the pedi +callus remover, and so I wont seem rude I even tipped the pedicurist lady..even though she didnt do a good job!!

One of the worst nail experiences I have ever had! They do not listen to what you ask for. You never know who is going to do your nails. They pass you around until someone finally has time to do your nails. They messed up my nails and, additionally asked for a tip. If I could give them a negative star I would! I do not recommend this nail salon under any circumstance.

Worst experience here. For the most part you and the nail specialist are trying to figure out what you guys are saying. The language barrier is a con and the fact that she didnt finish my nails and was insisting on her tip without my say is one of the most unprofessional things you could do. I went a 2nd time and the same thing. Saying, “wheres my tip ” without me even pulling my wallet out is pretty bad.

If i could, i would give them 0 stars. Such a DISGUSTING team. The other day I saw an employee use the restroom and she NEVER washed her filthy hands!!!!! And then they go back and use the tools on our hands. Seriously, what if they got urine or feces on their hands!! Also, the owner is so lazy when it comes to fixing your nails. She kept getting upset everytime i told her she messed up on my nails which was only 2 times because she put too much acrylic. Do not just avoid whenever possible, jusy avoid period.
