This review has been long overdue I’ve been to this nail salon before and have had a bad experience. The owners so gracious contacted me to rectify the situation. I gave this another try after shopping at Walmart. My cuticles were a mess so I’m thinking a nice relaxing manicure would not be an issue this time.. it was late 7ish no customers but me and all the techs were just sitting around. After making me stand Deciding who was gonna do my manicure the ladies in thier native language began to do a lot of chitter chatter looking at me. This is so uncomfortable. Fast forward, They will rush through a manicure, half do your service, cut your skin up, make you bleed, make you feel uncomfortable

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had gotten my nails done here previously and it wasn’t too bad. I got powder nails last weekend and was told that they would last 3-4 weeks. 5 days later a whole nail just came off and all the other ones were starting to lift. I went back in and spoke to the manager and she told me to come back the next day and she’s take care of me. I went in and she wasn’t there, another lady said she’s fix them for me, basically super glued all the ones that were coming off and used gel on the one nail that had complete come off. But not only that, it was a completely different color, so I left the salon looking like a 5 year old had done my nails. Never coming back here again. I got powder nails last weekend and was told that they would last 3-4 weeks. 5 days later a whole nail just came off and all the other ones were starting to lift. It was my first time here today. I don’t get my nails done often but I absolutely love how my nails turned out here. I’ve always been a little hesitant with the salons inside Walmart but this one is small, full of customers, and great customer service. I will be back.

It was a good environment, but the service wasn’t a good experience for me. When I first went back in June , I got acrylic nails done & the price was a little high but I didn’t mind. A week later, 3 nails popped off so I went back that next week for a refill. I felt like the over charged me because of my broken nails & the fact it was ombré. A refill shouldn’t cost over $45 but I ended up paying $50. The next couple of days, almost all of my nails popped off when I barely hit them against some cardboard boxes. Disappointed. $50 just for my nails to rip off yet again? I’m not paying another $50 for them to come right off. I feel like I should get a refund because this is ridiculous.
