lovely pedicure. acrylics not so much. They accommodate their regulars over walk ins which is expected but I didn’t plan on spending two to three hours here. I wasn’t comfortable with my nail tech either after he made comments about something personal.

This is clearly a family owned business and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I docked a star because they overcommit on how quickly they can get you in, saying it will be a short wait and it’s actually not because they are still servicing other customers, which is totally fine but just be honest. I was there for 2.5 hours, half an hour of which was just waiting with my feet in the water to get started. My technician was super exhausted and told me she hadn’t had time to eat that day, it was 4pm. So the process felt excruciatingly slow because she was so tired and I was there for double the amount of time I wanted to be. I saw another lady come in and say she would either do now or come back tomorrow because she had a commitment. They told her 10 mins. Of course that was inaccurate and she ultimately left after waiting for about 20 mins when she said up front she didn’t have time to wait. Lovely people and shop but figure out how to manage your walk ins or require appointments for a better experience for your customers
