Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI showed the gentleman who did my nails what I wanted and it definitely wasn’t what I got. Instead of a solid red, it’s glittery. Instead of white snowflakes I got holographic butterflies. Nails started popping off the day after having gotten them done. Acrylic is digging into the sides of my fingers. The polish is 100% uneven. The acrylic isn’t laid on correctly. When doing my nails I tried to tell him that it wasn’t what I wanted and he told me “it’s fine, this looks better.” Gentlemen was unprofessional and fairly rude. I tried to brush it off and just deal with it as I didn’t feel like arguing with the man. However, once the nails started popping off I called and asked for a refund and apparently that’s ‘against their policy.’ He then said I could come in and have them fixed, but at my own cost!?! Are you kidding!? I’m not paying for you to fix your own mistake, that’s just silly! I showed the gentleman who did my nails what I wanted and it definitely wasn’t what I got. Instead of a solid red, it’s glittery. Instead of white snowflakes I got holographic butterflies. She must be a pretty miserable person to feel the need to be mean to someone who is not only nothing but sweet and patient but who was a loyal customer. I definitely don’t recommend anyone have Tammy do their nails. Tammy one of the nail techs was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my girlfriend while I was in there with her. She must be a pretty miserable person to feel the need to be mean to someone who is not only nothing but sweet and patient but who was a loyal customer. I definitely don’t recommend anyone have Tammy do their nails. Not just because she’s a mediocre nail tech, but because she is apparently a horrible person. 0 stars.

Critical: QualityThis was the worst $60 I ever spent. The nails didn’t even last 24 hours. I’ll never go back and I recommend you don’t either. I still went back after and got three nails fixed and the pictures are the day after.
