So I got a mani full set-peti. The pedicure was amazing, the young woman doing my toes was gentle, patient, not gossiping :p she was great and I gave her a big tip. The manicure… Ugh. I feel like I would have done a better job, I’m only happy with the nail color, the guy who did my nails seemed like he wasn’t proficient enough at nails. I had to keep politely correcting him to make it thinner, change the shape, etc. He didn’t put any lotion, cuticle oil, or anything to help my skin after he sanded off the cuticles. He put the color on sloppy like and left sparkles sticking out. I asked earlier if he could draw a flower, he said he could put a sticker on it…ugh!! I didn’t get angry, I paid full price but I was disappointed. I had to go home and thin the nails myself and fix the bad paint job. Oh well.

Im used to doing my own pedicure and manicure so having someone else touching my very sensitive feet is not exactly an everyday occurrence. Unfortunately the guy hurt my second toe on my left foot, not only that but for some reason or other he and the woman doing my husbands feet were laughing. I couldnt imagine what could possibly be funny I felt very judged and pretty uncomfortable but I still managed to turn the other cheek and tip them for the time they spent on our well overdue feet.

Have tried many spots in Victorville since we moved up here and all have left me so disappointed I desperately needed a pedicure. Was out doing some shopping at Walmart and seen the shop as I was paying so I decided why not what do I have to lose. So glad I did! I loved the outcome for the very first time since being in the high desert. My daughter was with me and also had a manicure and pedicure she loved it just as much as I did. Highly recommended

That is the most disgusting place. It is scary. They use the devices without sterilizing them. They just wipe them after use. They are rude to you if you ask them to correct something. They don’t automatically provide you with what is come with the services. Even though you ask them, they still ignore you and start talking about you in their language and start laughing. I had to finish my manicure myself because they won’t do it That was a nightmare.
