Paid 50 dollars!!! for a pedicure and now one of my toes is in so much pain!! It might be infected. I’ve never had this problem at any other nail salon. My big toe is also cut. Do not recommend!! Pedicure

The pedicure was good, but I paid extra for gel polish on my feet and within 3 days the nail polish came off. I called the salon and told them that on one toe there is a bubble and one toe the nail polish came off and the lady told me I would have to pay to get it fixed!!!! Do not go there!

I literally got up an walked out after sitting there for 1 whole hour just to have my acrylics removed. I asked the tech not to drill my nail bed too much because my nails are thin, she ignored my request and drilled my nail down to the flesh (OUCH!!) The acrylics are still on in which I had to go home and removed them myself. The lady who sits at the front desk did not care about my concern as a customer. I wish I can give them 0 stars. Please save your money and time! The employees are rude and insensitive to poor quality work! I literally got up an walked out after sitting there for 1 whole hour just to have my acrylics removed. The women are very rude and not accommodating. I walked in at 7pm and asked to have a fill & pedicure. The lady in the front said, without ever looking up: “I have 3 people waiting, I can’t do yo nails.” But not one person was waiting! The shop was empty! Other nail techs were just sitting or walking around. On the other hand, Kevin is the best nail tech with an amazing personality. I wished I could pluck him out of that toxic environment and put him in his own nail shop. The women there need attitude adjustments…this is not how you treat customers. You suppose to work with those that keep a roof over your heads.

The women at this shop are horrible. Absolutely horrible horrible, I cannot emphasise that enough. They not only do a sloppy job but give you attitude. First off, most of the colours they have on the example nails do not reflect reality. When I wanted to try a few colours first they started giving me attitude, speaking their language amongst themselves and say “this is not normally allowed” and started shaking their heads while scuffing. When it came to painting my nails, she did them very sloppily, and some parts of the nails were not even covered completely. After the shellac was done, I realised that she had over painted parts of the shellac onto my skin, so it was sticking and extremely uncomfortable! Literally my fingers were still in the shellac machine and she had moved onto another customer. I had to call her over to fix my nails because they were getting very uncomfortable. When filing my nails to get rid of the stickiness, she did them very hard and hurt me, but never apologised even when I pulled my hand away and continued to give me attitude. When I confronted her, she then blamed it on me – that I was the one who was moving around and wanted to try different colours, and told me not to come back if it was so bad. Literally the rudest service I’ve had in my life.

Kevin did a great and fast full set, pink and white. I noticed all the other employees sitting in the back corner so that the shop looks empty and not active. The girls were having a great time visiting with each other and eating food that was pungent and being prepared in the shop. I just called in for an appointment for a fill with Kevin and the person that answered the phone was hard to understand and unprofessional (not rude but so disinterested).
