I usually don’t go to this salon, but I was in a quick situation. The technician was doing 3 sets of nails at one time. He kept looking at me in a uncomfortable way. My nails look God awful!!! There’s parts of my nail that still have the previous color he did not remove. There’s also parts with no acrylic at all and it over lays my cuticles. It was a horrible experience!!! I felt rushed and that I was inconvenient for there time. I will NEVER return to this salon!!!

Worst place ever! I’m sure the guy who did my toes does not have a license and I took my little sister with me and we both got pedicures and he used the same tool on both of us! He did not disinfect anything or wash his hand in between us! He did not push my cuticles back and painted over them and all over my skin and didn’t fix them! Also the polish on my toes is bumpy and not smooth at all! I cannot believe I paid $80 for that! They also only took cash which seems very slimy! I’m sure it’s not legal someone need to go check them out to see if their licenses are legit!

The work was done great. The wait was way too long. They don’t offer appointments so you have to get there early. I brought my daughter here for a mani-pedi and was told to come back in the morning before they opened and he would personally take care of me LOL! so I did but the gentleman that told me this didn’t even show up when he said he was so I waited another 2 hours. GET THERE EARLY AND CLEAR YOUR DAY because you will wait at least 2 hours.

Had a horrible experience today. The owner was upsetting the tech and she took out her frustration on me. She cut 3 of my toes and proceeded to pour alcohol on my toenails. It stung so bad I didn’t want her to touch me any more. I was very upset and asked for another tech and none were available. Very sloppy and rushed paint job. I could have did a better job at home. I asked to have another tech do my full set because she had done my nails before and did a great job…then in the middle of the job she moved over a chair and starts working on somebody else. Very painful, sloppy work, very disappointing and I will never going there again. $80 to look and feel like $#!+…ZERO STARS!!!

I think her name was Sam? She is amazing I love my nails I love her technique. I know there is a stigma on Walmart nails. I’ve had my nails done from Reno to Oklahoma and the lady I’ve had at Elko Walmart the last 2 times is amazing. I fully recommend!

After coming to this salon for 14 years I am searching for someone dependable who can be counted on to be there when he says he will be. I stopped by the salon yesterday and spoke with Danny directly about when he would be working this week. He assured me that he would be there this week and when asked he stated that he would be at the salon today. Drove in from Spring Creek only to be told he wasn’t working today, as he said he would be. The quality of the services has deteriorated and the technicians presently working there do not listen to what you ask them to do. I was in less than 2 weeks ago and my nails/pedicure did not last one week. Edges lifting, obvious flaws in the polish, etc. Very disappointed.

New in town and all the other nail places were closed on Sunday i figured i would give this place a chance. If i could give no stars i would. HIGHLY unsanitary. All tools were not clean, new or maintained just reused on every customer. Stations were covered with trash and random nails/dust from previous customers. Surprised still in business just for the fact of so many hygiene issues. I went in for a full set plus gel color. The man cut into my cuticles and cut one of my nails in half trying to remove my existing set. He never apologized just threw nail glue on the cuts and then preceded to put my hands in the acetone which burned badly. This took an hour just to take them off. At this point the man had coughed and sneezed all over the station and was paying more attention to the TV then customer service. I asked if i could just get a gel color no full set. I was too scared of the outcome of him putting nails on me. Well needless to say he didn’t do the color correctly, very messy and also kept mentioning price and tip of course. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Next day and half of my gel is already off my nails, he went so hard removing my nails that they feel just raw and beyond thin. I HIGHLY recommend not going to this place until they clean up the place, follow some hygiene guidelines and get some more experienced nail techs.

I cannot believe how horrible these people did my nails. The color was wrong, the shape was horrible, they cut me in two places, without apologizing, their price on the wall for a full set was $35.00, they charged me $45.00. I understand that in a walk-in only environment, they’re going to be busy, and spread around, but I’d much rather take a little extra time, and get what I want, then pay for a horrible and painful experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
