I’ve had good experiences here and not so good. The younger gal with the tattoos does the best job! Today I had somebody else. Made my three of my toes bleed and polish was messy. Younger gal tried to fix it, but will have to get it fixed elsewhere once cuts heal. Darn.

I went with my mom to get a pedicure not expecting a high end pedicure. I will give then this they were friendly and amazing with customer service but the hygiene protocol is a joke. The pumice stone they used on mom who was sitting next to me was rinsed off in her dirty feet water and then put back in the drawer then later the same dirty stone was used on me and cleaning in my dirty feet water. Their nail clippers were visibly dirty. They was I saw the foot tub get “washed” was just with a steel wool sponge and water bo real soap or disinfectant. If you want fast and friendly service with a side of fungus I definitely recommend this place if not look else where

Salon is organized but not as clean as I thought they should be. I witnessed tools being reused between customers without and type of sanitation process. They finished my pedicure long before they finished my daughter’s full set. They were in too much of a hurry to offer acceptable customer service.

the guy i had was rude and kept giving me looks when i wouldn’t have my hand placed how he wanted it and my cuticles are sore and hurt a bit and he was aggressive with my nails but i give the nails a 9/10

DO NOT GO HERE. I came in at 9:30am today to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day. I asked for a full set (matte red with my ring finger done in red foil). The nail technician was rude, clipped my nail until I bled, didn’t even do my cuticles, gave me glossy red, and decided to do her own design. All of my nails are uneven and are already falling apart and it hasn’t even been 4 hours. She even started to work on another walk-in who came in after me before even starting on me. I wish I never even went. Anybody claiming they’re decent is full blown lying. I called the salon to speak to the owner and they refused to let me, and said they would not refund me. (I’m going to include the photo of the nails I wanted done and showed her.)

This by far had to be one of the worst nail experiences I have seen. My mother went in for a gel nail set, nails and toes. Told them she wanted gel about 10 times. They gave her acrylic without saying anything, told her the price would be 35$ for each but somehow charged 80$? It cost that much because it came with the massage they said, there was no massage, only luke warm water and wax. The lady we had was irritated and rushed.

I honestly dont know why I keep going back here. There is always at least one crooked nail, the nails aren’t the same different width and curvature… polish left on my finger and the time when they sanded completely through my natural nail. I need to find another nail place close to work

Wow, we had a pretty bad experience here! I’ll start by saying I can’t speak to all of the workers but one in particular made our visit awful! My husband and I had the day off and after running some errands decided to try to relax a bit with manicures. I was put with the older man, who did a good job (reason for 2 stars) He was pretty quiet and although slow, did a very thorough job! My poor husband though 🙁 he was put with a lady (not sure of her name but she had light/medium brown, long hair) and she not only cut his finger SO BAD (like, it bled for two hours) she kept trying to put nail glue on it to stop it. Like what??? She was coughing and snorting (she seemed sick) and was answering her phone, and screaming in Vietnamese at coworkers LITERALLY the entire time. Then she still charged him $15 for his 10 minute “mani”. A day later and 7 out of 10 of his fingers are hurting terribly and cuticle areas sore and bleeding. The whole experience was awful. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but thought I’d inform anyone who wants to go there to relax- go elsewhere, this is not the place!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We made an appointment in advance, but when we arrived, the pedicure chairs were full. We were made to wait for about 20 minutes. The pedicure itself was completely unacceptable. No warm water in the tubs; both of our technicians were working on multiple people simultaneously, so we were forced to wait interminably long in between each step of the process; even when we left, we had to wait for about 5 minutes just to pay them. It is an hour of my life I will never get back.

I just want to say the customer service here is completely uncalled for. I was ignored the entire time. She was so rude. I understand your busy and people are waiting for you but that doesn’t mean to make all my nails Crooked and bulky. I asked her to fix them and she looked at me weird and ignored me. Then overcharged me for a “FILL” nail fills don’t cost the amount to get a brand new full set. I will never come here again. (Also going between pedicures and doing acrylic nails without washing hands and touching other peoples toes is completely nasty and unprofessional)
