Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place has the worse service I’ve ever experienced!!! My husband and I both got the “best” pedicure they offer and hardly did anything at the end of the pedicure when they put the hot towels on our legs and the hot wax on our feet the lady told my husband in 10 minutes take the wax off yourself! Then she charged us more than what it should of cost. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the worse service I’ve ever experienced!!! My husband and I both got the “best” pedicure they offer and hardly did anything at the end of the pedicure when they put the hot towels on our legs and the hot wax on our feet the lady told my husband in 10 minutes take the wax off yourself! Then she charged us more than what it should of cost. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this nails salon to anyone.

Positive: QualityI went in today with no appointment and was getting my nails done within 5-10 minutes. It did take rather long but I was in no rush, and it only took so long because the technician was making sure everything was perfect. He did such a wonderful job, I am very impressed. He was a bit rough when filing my nails, but other then that he cared a lot. At no point during the process was a price discussed, I just showed him a picture and he began working. In the end when I went to pay, the price was definitely reasonable so no complaints. I went in today with no appointment and was getting my nails done within 5-10 minutes. It did take rather long but I was in no rush, and it only took so long because the technician was making sure everything was perfect. He did such a wonderful job, I am very impressed.
