Today I showed up to this business and they told me it would be an hour wait. Left to go get something to eat was back in less than an hour; informed them that i was back and i was just running to the bathroom. To my dismay, when coming back from restroom they had took other walkin customers in front of me. I waited for a good 1.5 hours and ended up walking out. They should have made one of the other customers wait for an hour like they told me. They were rude as well when i asked them how much longer. I would not try to do business with this company. I ended up leaving because no need to lie to your customers.

I’ve been getting acrylic mails for over 30 years. Vicki is, hands down, the best technician I’ve ever had. And the low price is unbelievable! I’ll never go anywhere else unless I have to. The nails are thin yet durable and she even cuts the cuticles without charging extra.

My brow wax was awful. She got wax in my eye and lashes and one brow is now thinner than the other. I paid for one of the more deluxe pedicures because I have heavy calluses and the lady that did my feet didn’t bother shaving the calluses. Worst experience ever. This is the ONLY place i’ve ever been to where the employees don’t disrespect customers in their language. They make SURE they do EXACTLY what you want, and always let you know the pricing beforehand. They are so sweet, and great with kids. The place is clean, and you may have to wait sometimes, which is why I go when they first open. The pricing is great, and they do a good job on my acrylics. I have NO complaints. So i’m very picky about my nails. I’ve been to 6-7 other nail places besides this one in the area and this is my nail HOME. This is the ONLY place i’ve ever been to where the employees don’t disrespect customers in their language. They make SURE they do EXACTLY what you want, and always let you know the pricing beforehand. They are so sweet, and great with kids. WORST PLACE!! Don’t even bother coming to this nail salon for anything, I’ve been calling since yesterday to make an appointment (which they never respect) and they do not answer the phone, they see it ringing but don’t answer it, they claim to be full yet they only have one client, no matter how cheap it it you get what you pay for, uneven nails and they charge you to fix their errors!! Don’t waste your time and money here!
