Critical: QualityI am disappointed with qualityWent with a friend. Her nails were just fine, However the employee who helped me was incompetent. He trimmed my nails uneven and not filed to be uniform to one another. When painting my nails with the second coat, he skipped three nails. The UV lamp he was using didn’t work properly, it had no sensor like the other lamps and only stayed in for 10 seconds before shutting off. I had to prompt him to turn it back on multiple times, because he would start on another hand without turning the lamp back on. Because of that the polish ended up pooling to the side.I will say, I could tell he was trying but was not succeeding.Ultimately I requested to have the polish removed.I never had a bad nail job until today.Service: Gel manicuresI am disappointed with qualityWent with a friend. Called around 4:30pm on a Saturday and they got me right in, no waiting. I think the lady’s name was Sandy(?) and she was wonderful. Talked me into a gel manicure and even recommended a complementary color to match the sparkles. First time I’ve had my own nails done and I’m soooooo happy. Thanks

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityQuyens my lady she always takes care of me when I come in I dont let anybody else. Not saying there not nice everyone in the there are very friendly but I just prefer Quyen. I would highly recommend this salon there a 5 star most definitely! Their the only people I allow to touch my feet and eyebrows!

I needed a repair and fill and went over my lunch hour, rather than trying to make it to my usual salon. AFTER I was seated, a 20 minute job took over an hour. The staff were all busy and attempting to assist multiple clients at the same time. The lady doing my nails cut me twice. Before I could even go wash a bleeding wound, she super glued it. Literally touched the tip of the superglue to my bloody thumb, then re-shelved it. Further, the sterilization records were unavailable, and her assurance that they’re cleaned between clients was not convincing. There was no discount offered, instead the price was increased at the register, in direct conflict to the prices posted 2 feet away. This is definitely a salon I’ll avoid in the future.

The worst nail palor I have ever been too this was my first visit and will be my last. That lady cut my cutile to short and made it bleed and didn’t offer me a discount nor cater to the cut she did she kept on cutting. Not to mention the french nails she put on my nails we’re horribly done it didn’t even last it was a waste of 45 dollars. My nails didn’t even last a whole week and they still looked fake after they was done you can tell they were not mine. And it was stupid thick. Didn’t like the experience
