Critical: QualityPaid $30 for gel manicure. Nails look bad. They were not smooth after I paid and went into Walmart I realized that nails looked horrible so I went back and showed the guy how they didn’t look smooth he just wiped it with a wet cotton and said that now it was fixed. The lady at the register came to see what was wrong and could clearly tell that the polish looked horrible so she told him something in their language so he just put an extra coat, rushing (while watching videos in his phone in between coats), and told me it was fixed. Paid $30 for gel manicure. Nails look bad. They were not smooth after I paid and went into Walmart I realized that nails looked horrible so I went back and showed the guy how they didn’t look smooth he just wiped it with a wet cotton and said that now it was fixed. The nail artists were so patient, helpful, engaged, and paid great detail to getting the job done WELL. My artist treated my nails like her own. They had such positive and cheerful vibes as well. I’m definitely going to be coming here now.Been on a nail growth journey after overcoming nail biting, and she did my powder fix without adding tips! She even volunteered to take pictures for me too, and advised me on what colors would look nice on me.
