I went a couple weeks ago and really liked the sweet girl who did my nails. She did an excellent job. However I went today and a different woman did my nails and I’m not very happy, she left a ton a of nail showing so it looks like I had them done a few days ago. She didn’t give me a choice on the sparkle polish and I didn’t notice it till later that I have black and orange nails with pink sparkle, not a good match. She also kept looking everywhere else every 5 seconds instead of at what she was doing

The older lady was rude she acted like she didn’t want to be there, like she didn’t want to do her job. Was aggressive with my hands and nails. Only two of my nails are the same size my right nails are longer then the others poor work and then took my whole 50$ and didn’t give me change back when the nails were 35 I said out loud “I’m here to get my nails done I’m not hear to deal with rude attitude”. Very poor work and bad rude attitude. I’m definitely not coming back here. Keep your people in place

My daughter wanted acrylic nails for her 12th birthday so I chose this place because a couple of my friends suggested them. We were a walk in and they were fairly busy so we had to wait, no big deal. The guy was very gentle with her and talked to her the whole time but I feel like she was rushed through so they could keep up with everyone coming in for services. The design wasn’t even close to the pic she showed of what she wanted but it was a good overall experience, but I will definitely make an appointment next.
