I have been getting my nails done by Nana for a little over a year now. I made the mistake about a month ago of going somewhere else because I was in a hurry. Never again. I had a terrible experience, low quality, rude, etc. I am such a happy lady. I came in to Nana today and she created a glow in the dark masterpiece. She is always so friendly, recognizes me every time I come in, remembers my children, has always created beautiful, high quality nails that are almost exactly like the picture I show her with a personal touch, and has always got me in same day. I have never had her nails break or chip. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Thank you Nana!

I would not recommend this place for any dip or acrylic removal. The guy just hacked at my nails with clippers for half an hour, and it was very painful. He also laughed at me and asked if it hurt every time I winced… which was weird. I could have done what he did myself with much less pain and a better end result. Dipped nails are supposed to be soaked. They also charged $20 for this, which is way too much. The previous salon I went to in Kansas would properly remove dip for $5. This is my final result after getting my dip removed:

Overpriced and terrible experience. We paid $90.00 each for supposedly the very best pedicure because the guy talked us into it, then only got massaged for 10 minutes. Didn’t even paint our toes at the chair, made us go to the nail table where he awkwardly bent down to paint them. The lady doing my nails cut me several times. My nails are uneven, I tried telling them this and they said no it looks fine. They also used dip powder on my nails without even asking me all because it cost more. $170 for just one person for a pedicure and nails that didn’t even get any designs??? Ridiculous. My sister’s toes look like a 12 year old painted them. Splotchy and on her skin. Will not be back.

Nana is the best nail place to go. She does the best nails and any design you want. She is the only person I will go to to do my nails. I drive 4 hours to see her. The customer service was awful, they were SO RUDE….like I was a burden! Nana is very fast and good but if you don’t get her you get a terrible job! My pedicure, not done by her but by a older lady was no better than I did myself. She just barely touches your feet . She is a assistant or new to the profession or they are just trying to put her to work to help her. She cut my nail to the quick, like a man’s manicure and than didn’t know how to trim the cuticle. The guy had to come do it and was RUDE as all get out to me. The final paint job was done by Nana and she told me I needed to make appointment if I wanted her. I did make a appointment but they worked on 4 people at the same time, which I don’t mind if you do a good job, but that was NOT the case. Nana than ask me how much I was going to tip,, I usually tip well because I have worked for tips before. When I said 5 dollars(because the service SUCKED) she looked at me like I a was crazy and said “5 DOLLARS”? I should have told her she was correct and said 0 dollars…..

I really wanted to like this location. All the other Davi Nails I have been do have been amazing. But my experience here was not pleasant. The tools used on us had not been cleaned, dropped on the floor right in front of us before being used on us and reused between clients. The color turned out pretty but the coffin shape I asked for turned out very uneven and almond became round. The gentleman who did our nails got upset when we asked for an adjustment to be made, and the aggression showed in how he did our nails. He tried to get us to tip $10, but based on the cleanliness and final product, we gave him a $5 to be nice.
