My grandmother and I went in today to get pedicures the whole experience was amazing such kind staff and so gentle. I am pregnant and my sweet were swollen today and the man was so gentle while massaging my feet! Super happy with the outcome and will be returning! Amazing people that do amazing work I will be sending friends and family their way!

I very seldom write reviews but my experience at DiVi’s at the heights last Friday was so terrible I feel compelled to say something about my experience. I had an appt for 1:00 on Friday December 23rd, 2022. I wanted to treat my friend so I took her with me and this was her first time to ever get her nails done and she requested to have the gel manicure. Both the lady and the man were very impersonal, irritated with us and lacked all patience with us. They made us feel completely unwelcome and uninvited. I think it was the husband who did my nails and his attitude was cold, unkind and very rude. He couldn’t be bothered with me to do my nails and I felt like he was very disrespectful to me as his customer. I use to go there when ever I could get into town but now I will never go back for their services. I will find someone else who is kind and compassionate. If they are tired servicing the public than they shouldn’t be giving such service.

I was visiting from out-of-town for a wedding. I needed a few things from Walmart and spotted this little nail salon inside. They had me in a chair in 5 minutes. I got a nice pedicure. Not a fancy salon, but clean and comfortable.

I never do this but I have never been so disappointed in a business ever. I work with disabilities adults and I have this girl girl lady why wanted to get her nails done painted. I called them yesterday to make an appointment and told them that she was in a wheelchair and what I do for a living and they said it was fine. Today I went to my apt and said I was here for a 10 appointment and she looked at me and my individual and ask whose getting the nails done me or her and I said her. She then called the man over and he looked at her and said we can’t do her nails. I said why all she wants is to get them painted. He said you can’t get her nails under UV light and I said you haven’t seen her hands and they he looked at them and said nope we can’t I said yes you can I can help her put it in. And when I left I said you should of just said you couldn’t of done them instead if us drive up here for that. It is discrimination and I can’t believe that they did that. Not only is it discrimination but they amazing lady you hurt for no reason and couldn’t even apologize for it either. I can’t believe this happened and I so upset that these people did that. You discriminated against her for being in a wheelchair and that she disabled you people make me sick I can’t believe you can live with yourself!!!!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worst experience I’ve ever had. I hate to post such a negative review but, they ruined my nails completely. I went in for an acrylic fill, waiting 20 minutes later than my appointment time. They didn’t seem to care about that. More importantly, I was just hoping for a simple fill. The lady rushed through it, made my nails twice as thick, and worst of all the very next day they started lifting! In all these years of having acrylic nails, I have never recieved such poor quality service. My nails are literally lifting, cracking, bumpy, and looking horrible only days later. I am so disappointed and just want to warn others so you don’t pay $65 for ruined nails. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I hate to post such a negative review but, they ruined my nails completely. I went in for an acrylic fill, waiting 20 minutes later than my appointment time. They didn’t seem to care about that. More importantly, I was just hoping for a simple fill. One of the individuals I work with, who are in a wheelchair, went to go get her nails done. She was turned down (Even tho they were called the day before to ask if it would be a problem, which they said there was no problem.) because she was in a wheelchair.

Absolutely horrible. First time I went no issues. Wasnt best but they charged less and my nail lady was out of town. Second time is why I’ll never go back. Went to get a fill and guy kept over using drill and burning my nails. Took off all my acrylic(have had nails for 4+years never experienced them filling all my old acrylic off before) then his acrylic was so thin and 2 days into having nails my polish is peeling and the acrylic on 2 nails has literally popped off. My nails fine thank God but the acrylic just came off in big chunks. Also a first I’ve never experienced. Make drive to Da-vi on westend. WAYYYYYYY better and never have issues with my nails. Next time I’ll just wait till my lady is back intown.

I had my nails done at the salon in Wal-Mart in the heights late Monday afternoon. I don’t like my nails at all..My nails on 1 hand are alot shorter than the other hand, they weren’t filled in completely. I felt very uncomfortable and rushed. I’ve never had my nails done at this salon before and don’t think I’d go there again. I appreciate that they took me right in. I think that’s the only thing I liked about the whole experience.
