Critical: ProfessionalismI typically go to this salon and they do a fairly good job however I went today and one of the workers (a man and not the owner) yelled at me because I was explaining how I wanted my nails to ensure that they were to my likely. When you’re a customer, you have the right to get exactly what you want from the service you’re paying for (without being rude fo the employees). I was very kind and still he yet at me and told me to stop asking him questions. This particular employee doesn’t seem fit for customer service. I typically go to this salon and they do a fairly good job however I went today and one of the workers (a man and not the owner) yelled at me because I was explaining how I wanted my nails to ensure that they were to my likely. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI came into this establishment to get a manicure for my senior prom. As I walked in, the staff seemed very nice however the establishment seemed rather dirty. As the worker was doing my nails he used a lot of force on my hands and it hurt. He also cut me a couple times and the paint job was horrific and the shape of the nails were cricked and uneven. My 13 year old sister who has never done nails before would do a better job than this employee. If i can rate a zero out of ten I wouldn’t even hesitate before doing so! I came into this establishment to get a manicure for my senior prom. As I walked in, the staff seemed very nice however the establishment seemed rather dirty. As the worker was doing my nails he used a lot of force on my hands and it hurt. He also cut me a couple times and the paint job was horrific and the shape of the nails were cricked and uneven.
