Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called the day before and made an appointment for my friend and I to get our nails done at 4. We got there and they had taken walk ins before us so we didn’t get in until 5. I wanted acrylics and she wanted gel on her natural nails. I chose my color and they only color of yellow they had that I liked was regular polish and they seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to get regular polish. When she applied my tips she didn’t pay attention and didn’t cover my whole nail tip and tried to pull it off. While I was getting the acrylic layed on, the brush she used was bigger than my nails, which got acrylic all over my skin surrounding the nail. Then when it came time to shape I wanted a slim almond type nails. She filed them all crooked and some had points while other were rounded. Because of when she put the tip on and flooded the glue out onto my skin it caused her to cut me while she was filing. She made me pay before the appointment was over. It finally came time to paint and she kept complaining that she had to use regular polish and was purposely putting it on messy and claiming it would look better if I would have just gotten gel. She even took my regular polish off and got up and went and picked out a gel in mustard/orangish yellow when I specifically asked for pastel yellow. After she was done she cleaned some of the polish on my skin off and took me to the nail dryer. The dryer was dirty and dusty on the inside and the salon itself isn’t very clean. On the other side of the wall on the inside of the salon are packs of toilet paper and loose rags. Nothing was sanitized, the station, the bits and I believe she used a perused file. There short with their customers and not very welcoming. The pedicure chair are worn and not cleaned including the floor and the nail design displays. My friend ask for a design and they did do it and did what they wanted. While my lady was doing my nails she dropped multiple things on the floor. Their workstations are dirty and unorganized. After I took my friend home I went for my money back and she grabbed my hand and said she would take it off while another woman said the bleeding was normal. I have had my nails done and never been cut let alone as many times as I was. I said I didn’t want her grinding them because they were already inflamed and stinging. When I took a shower the following night my fingers stung in the water and today the entire cuticle area is inflamed end swollen. I do not recommend this place business and for the sake of your fingers and money I suggest you don’t go.
