Worst place unclean, awful pedicure $55 and the Asian lady didn’t even scrub my foot. She rushed the job finish in 30 mins yea I timed her. I have her no tip for awful job done. I pray I don’t get fungus.

To start off, I lived right around the corner from this salon and also my hair dresser worked next door to them so it was convenient. The owner sits at the door and she did my nails for a while, I would get manicure which they now use the drill on your cuticles instead of using the cuticles pushing tool and when I question her she got upset. Then the “gel” polish that’s supposed to last for 2 weeks would always start peeling after 3 days. She told me it’s because I wash my hands too much. Laughable, so I went somewhere else just to see would the same thing happen, the young lady that did my nails told me either the products are cheap or she applies too many coats and not allow them to dry correctly. The polish would either come off in one whole piece like a sticker or flake off. When this young lady did my nails I asked for the very same thing I always get, a manicure with gel polish. She did it and my nails grew out and the polish was still in tact, at about a month I went for a fill. I go back to Davi and let her do my nails again to see u got them done on Monday 6/ 19 and on 6/21 the polish started to lift on 3 nails. I went back on Saturday and questioned why they never last and she was upset, told me I talk too much and she don’t care, told me to go back to the person who can do better for me…..that was my que. These folks don’t care about customers they only want the money and absolutely no customer service skills. I’m done with these folks!!! They don’t even clean the pedicure stations, I watched someone get a pedicure when they finished just minutes later they sat someone else there and didn’t even clean. They scrub your feet with the same utensils that they use on everyone else that they clean by washing them off in the same water they use while performing a pedicure and pretend to have some magic cleaner in the spray bottle!!!

I love the old management!! The man and his wife who sat in the front did my nails best. She also did the best in waxing brows. The new management is horrible. They lack customer service. They are extremely rude. Especially one particular one. He does pedicures in the first chair closer to the exit on the left. I had a verbal argument with him over how horrible My pedicure turned out. I only got that upset because he refused to fix them & also bashed me about getting a $20 pedicure. Every employee watched by no one calmed the situation down or apologized to me. In fact it seems as though they were sticking together. The women with the scar on her face messed up my eyebrows I just wanted to cry. I specifically told her I didn’t want them thin I just wanted to clean. I walked in with full eyebrows & left with almost like pencil drawn eyebrows. I get the same thing done every time I come here & always pay different prices. I was highly upset & will never spend my money here.

I loved getting my nails done here by Christine. She was amazing. Everyone else that’s done them is either sloppy or they start to lift or break within a few days. It was so convenient & affordable but not thst she’s not there anymore I won’t be returning.

In general the place is worn down. Nail color selection was very poor. Staff is rude. Their credit card machine didn’t work and I wasn’t informed until after and the burden is put on the customer to make a special trip to comeback and pay later when they have cash. Massage chair was broken and on all the chairs the buttons are worn out so you can’t see what you are pressing.
