This nail salon is awful!!! I wish I could rate them zero stars!! They were rude, unprofessional and lazy!! Once I walked up the the service counter, I noticed 4 employees sitting in the pedicure chairs looking at their phone while two other staff members were busy doing nails. No one looked up to acknowledge me, but when they did it felt like I was bothering them. Finally the girl who was to do my pedicure never spoke to me, but grunted and used hand gestures to indicate where I should sit. Since I was wearing a skirt, I asked her for a towel. She walked off upset and came back and flung the towel over my lap and then gestured me to fix it. While doing my pedicure, her drill often touched my skin and I let her know but she never stopped. Instead, she just talked with her coworkers so I couldn’t understand and then kept on going. After I while, I asked if she would begin to soak the old dip powder off my nails, but she said rudely that she’s not going to do my nails. Then another coworker comes and tells me he’ll drill down my nails and soak them while I’m supposed to be enjoying a back massage from the pedicure. After long debate about my decision to keep dip powder (the guy was trying to convince me to do gel nails instead of my planned dip powder), they told me they don’t specialize in dip powder but if I pick a dip powder they will do it. I asked why I was never told in the first place they don’t do dip!! They said, we do but we don’t specialize in it. I was very upset because I just had them soak off my original polish and now they tell me that!!! The girl who did my pedicure did a horrible job!! The paint quality is so unprofessional and poor that a 8 year old would have done better. I told her that this will be the first time in my life that I will not be leaving any tip. Her comment was “good and don’t come back here either “. I told her I won’t and she yelled back, “good!!” I got up and she followed me with her hand out but I told her I’d rather have someone else cash me out. Her other pregnant coworker was shouting at me too to get out. I ended up having to leave and never got my nails done!!! On top of that I had to pay $27 for a pedicure that looks terrible!! I will never ever return here and hope other people do the same!! Save your money and go somewhere where you’ll be treated good and receive quality care for your hard earned money!!!

The young man that did my pedicure did a pretty good job. The guy that did my nails must be a beginner because none of my nails are the same length or cut straight and they look super thick…ew. The lady that did my eyebrows felt like she had to dictate how to do my eyebrows instead of doing it like I asked. The customer service is lacking and when you complain they get mad and waste your time or refuse to do your nails. Honestly, it’s like they were doing you a favor working on your nails and you’re not actually paying for the service. Ridiculousness…

This is most awful spa. My daughter did acrylic nails which was advertised for $35…after she gets it, she asked for rounded nails with simple blue color. But they did squared nails and said to her it cost more to keep rounded nails. She just went with whatever they said and got very ugly nails…this is money ripping spa…very bad experience

I hadn’t been in the side of a Walmart in years and now I remember why Disgusting shop… look around it’s gross! The pedicure was poor and the fastest I’ve ever had. Tools come out of a dirty looking basket nothing was sealed out of the auto clave I didn’t even see an auto clave. The partitions they have in between on the tables are covered in stuff.. the floor was dirty.

My experience is that these people are lying to customers on getting gel nails when they are using acrylic powder gel don’t come in powder don’t let this people or any nail salon take your money by telling you that you are paying for gel when you are really paying for acrylic powder the only thing that’s gel is the polish or regular polish gel polish last longer then regular polish and they are not using the original powder that you see in those jars they refill them with un name powder that’s not Valentino or opi powder or modelones etc what ever powder you see in those jars are not the original powders they have the nerve to charge you for gel when it’s really acrylic powder I been going here since day 1 They came to Walmart when they first open under the name of COBE before now they have new mangament but the same employees since the other company before this one. Just be careful what you paying for because they over charge you for service that’s not true or real products I will be reporting them to the State they need to be closed down

Don’t recommend. They will argue with you when you try to make appointment and then keep on arguing. Then they will tell you if you don’t like it go somewhere where else.
