I went before and didn’t have a great experience. I think the tech was new. However I gave it another go because a friend if mine told me Jan is amazing. I am so pleased with my Nails. I’ve been back several times and will only let Jan do my nails from now on.

Basic nail salon. No one had experience applying designs on nails. I came in for a pedicure, nail repair, and design. When she was performing the nail repair, she couldn’t match the nail color or shape that I had (stiletto). She asked if I like the color? While deciding she rolled her eyes and looked away. Attitude and she was in charge of the salon. Service was horrible!! I prefer a more up to date salon. Learning new techniques will bring more Clientele. OH AND MOST IMPORTANT… WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They use to have really good techs but they have all left. The people that have now are horrible! She started doing my nails and didn’t even ask me how I wanted them. She did a terrible job, was in a hurry and just didn’t care at all. She did a horrible job with pedicure also! Again she didn’t ask what I wanted and she didn’t care ) the work she did was really bad! I paid a lot of money to get such a bad job. I wouldn’t ever recommend going here!!!

This had never happened to me, it was that they removed my eyebrows and they put wax on me where I did not have hair ones and I came out all burned, I still have marks. very bad service will never go back.

Made an appt waited about 5 minutes for a pedicure. Good experience, came here because it 10 minutes away from home. Didn’t have the best “polisher”. I may return.

The service was very unprofessional. The first issue was no greeting or acknowledgment when I first arrived. I had to literally make someone acknowledge me by waving from the front.Then I had to wait 10 minutes for a tech who appeared to be doing nothing in the back. As far as my nails there are bubbles and dents in them probably because the nail dryer station didn’t have a fan or lamps inside it that were working. She literally turned a fan on and placed it on the outside slot where you lay your nails down. Seriously won’t be back ever!

I made an appointment and when I came they didn’t even attend me. Not even to tell me to wait for a little bit. I waited for 15 minutes in front waiting to be attended or at least to hear that I need to wait for a little. Instead they did some other persons nails even though I had an appointment.

They would get no star if it wasn’t required! This was my first time here & I thought it would be a good place to try. Well I was completely wrong! I got a full set half the nails crooked as all get out and the lady couldn’t even do what I asked for but no problem not everyone is talented to do nails. So I get a gel pedicure it goes good until about 2 days later when I’m sitting in the doctor due to a toe infection from unclean materials! I do not recommend this place! Now I’m in pain and taking medicine for the next 2 weeks!
