Went up to the front desk to ask which they do (between gel/acrylic nails) so I can make an appointment. The girl looks at me and goes “we don’t do that here.” ?? So I ask if acetone will take off gel polish (it does) and she smiles and says “I don’t know.” If you don’t want to give a service, just say that. Highly idiotic to do appointment only, and knowingly not answer questions.
