I hate to write this because everyone is so nice but 2/5 experience. I would give 0 stars but everyone was nice! I got a powder manicure and gel pedicure. I get my nails done once a couple months and this is the first time I’ve been completely disappointed after spending $115 with tip. I have no idea why the finish on my toes was so unpolished and CHUNKY(?) and started to fall apart after putting on shoes that same night, many hours later. So weird and disappointing. And then my manicure was chipping off literally 1 day after and was basically non-existent after 1 week. Wasted money that I rarely have to treat myself. It also took over 2 and a half hours which is super long in my experience. But again, everyone was kind.

I just moved back to the area, my sister referred me here. I called ahead to get pricing for a gel refill and regular pedicure. I was told one price on the phone, $58 would’ve been the total for both. It came time to pay and suddenly the total was $78 (tip not included). It’s a shame, staff was friendly and they did a good job, but I’ll never go back. I don’t like being lied too!!

Everyone was polite enough and space was relatively clean, but the gentleman who did my nails did a sloppy job and then charged me an astronomical amount of money… Like, I just paid what I would have paid at a higher end salon for something with a design etc, but all I got here was a sloppy basic refill. I came here because I was desperate (unable to get to my usual place in Philly) and appreciate being seen at the last minute but definitely won’t be coming back

Critical: ProfessionalismThe owners raised their prices by $8-$10 PER service due to Covid and when my non-English speaking mother went there to get her eyebrows done, they charged her $15 and when she came home upset she spent so much compared to when she normallygoes (she is a regular customer), I went to the store and politely asked if Ted (owners son) could do something for the misunderstanding, I was told “the prices are on the board. It’s not my fault she can’t read!!” He took advantage of her and was screaming at me when I was being calm. A simple “we will take $5 off her next eyebrow wax” would have EASILY solved this problem. VERY unprofessional and very rude. Even his super nice father was afraid to speak up because his son was acting insane. DO NOT support this business.
