Jen and Tony always do an amazing job with my nails. They know how I like them and they are perfect every single time! I get compliments from strangers on them all the time! They are always busy and sometimes there is a wait but they absolutely worth the wait. I’ve never seen them be rude to anyone but I have seen customers be rude to them! They take a lot of grief from people that have no patience and have no empathy for two people that are non-stop from the moment they get in until they get to go home! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. IMHO, they are the best!

They rushed through each service, cut me multiple times, and was very rude. Over charges, as well. Left nail polish all over my hands. I do not recommend one bit! They would work on me and then switch to others instead of finishing our services. I had an appointment for myself, my husband and BFF at 10:30 am. We showed up at 10:15, and they did not start our services until almost 11 am. They rushed through each service, cut me multiple times, and was very rude. Over charges, as well. Left nail polish all over my hands. I do not recommend one bit! They request to put on your mask which i respect, but the irony is that their service tables are not clean at all! When the guy foiled my nails and i saw the results i asked him to please unify the length but the other employee literally yelled at me telling me you have to say that before he started!! I mean who wold do uneven nails the service was rude and terrible as if i am paying them to do my nails and result is not good at all

Went into this nail salon since I was at Walmart getting something’s and I won’t be going back. I was there when they opened at 9:30am and waited two hours to get my nails done. The girl that did my nails was really rude and because I didn’t get my nails done at that salon originally I got it done in a different salon she was not too nice about the fact that I just wanted my nail polish changed and to get my one nail fixed it shouldn’t of taken two hours so I waited got my nails done and left but I am not satisfied with them

I wish I could give no stars but I can’t. I went there and I got straight attitude from them. Also wouldn’t do my nails due to me being allergic to latex gloves. Then they forced my handicapped child to sit out in the store. Who does that? I will never give this business any of my money. I’m not sure why people go there. They are also the only place that I’ve ever seen still mandating you to wear a mask when they have so much stuff to protect everyone. Needless to say they didn’t even get to get my business. Very unprofessional.

I would never go back here again, the female staff is so rude, she raised her voice at me just cos I asked her to reduce the length of my nails. She even told me not to come back- who tells a client not to come back to her salon. And then she insults me in her language. Whoever owns this place should call her to order cos I am sure she is not the owner. I only gave 1 star because the male staff was okay. Never going back there.
