Cut me 3 times on my big toe of my right foot. 3 TIMES!! Within a week my gel pedicure was chipping on both feet. I had an Appointment with Hanna who ended up not being there. TERRIBLE!!! WARNING!!!!! PLEASE READ. Nail tech drilled my nails so hard that my nails are completely destroyed now, she kept burning me and i kept julting away because of it. Anyways still ended up finishing because i didn’t want to be rude, and now all I can do is wait for my nails to grow out. There are “rings of fire” on every single one of my nails. When i called to talk about it, the lady told who answered the phone told me that that she doesn’t think that I was even a client there, repeating that over and over. I said I know where I went and I have the receipt. Offered no refund only to “fix it”. There’s nothing to fix after you already destroyed them completley. Please NEVER go to this place.
